never-before-seen murder machines



ah, the classic 'choose a babbeh' scenario. at this new mother's command, half of her litter will be blown into a shitload of fans by a shitload of fans. she just has to choose which half! also, i killed her fifth foal to have an even number, and because fuck you.

but wait! see that pink thing between the switches? that's an or gate. the switches are hooked up to that, and that's hooked up to all of the doors and fans on both sides. so, when either one of them is flipped...


well, first of all, the relatively quiet fan sound becomes really loud when it's played on top of itself twenty-one times, and the game lags so hard that the fans forget that they're supposed to be animating. as for why the foals are twice their original size and halfway dismembered, let's assume the mare took too long and let her children starve to death and decay instead of what actually happened, which was that i forgot about them while thinning the herd over at my breeding farm and also forgot to hit the record button the first time i did this.

either way, it's an or gate. it needs at least two inputs to function, but only one of them has to be high for it to send out a high signal itself. fans and other different kinds of bullshit activate with a high input. speaking of the breeding farm...


this is my murder box. the fluffy sensor inside is linked to the fans and the bottom doors, while the side doors are indirectly linked through a not gate, which inverts the signal passed to it. this not gate holds the side doors open while the murder box patiently waits for its next victim to be placed inside, upon which the side doors close, the bottom doors open, and the spinny motherfuckers work their magic. as you can see, this usually doesn't actually kill the fluffy, but seeing as the murder box ejects fluffies straight into a pit full of starving cannibals, they'll still die most of the time.

this has been the blog post where i show off how functional this shit is, and before i forget, i spruced up the building menu.

    1. if you're talking about controls related to this feature specifically, they show up in the corner when you click the build and configure buttons. if you're talking about controls for this game in general, they aren't in the game itself right now, but you can find them in the release posts.

    anyways, is there going to be stats for fluffies (viewable I mean)

    1. my goal is to have traits be pronounced enough to not require a mind-reading stat system to tell what they are, but i might consider it in the future.

    Ahem. You're really cranking this stuff out, it's quite impressive. The building was part of what I really enjoyed about fluffsim. Automated kill farms...automate the distribution and sorting of fluffies for the Cannibal Alicorn Farm.
